1. Application in Solvent Recovery in the Pharmaceutical Industry

In the production of raw materials for pharmaceuticals using solvent crystallization processes, filtration, washing, and vacuum drying are required after crystallization. The material usually has a moisture content of around 20%, and heating temperature cannot exceed 80°C. After drying, the moisture content of the raw material should be below 0.5%. To remove solvents from the material, the pressure inside the drying vessel must be lower than the solvent's saturated vapor pressure at the drying temperature.
